They renew their partnership for Service Day: together for the evolution of automotive after sales

Quintegia and AsConAuto confirm the renewal of their strategic partnership, strengthening their joint commitment to organising Service Day, the event dedicated to the automotive after-sales industry. Since its first edition in 2018, Service Day represents a unique opportunity to address the main challenges of the industry, promoting synergies and networking among after-sales operators.

The three-year agreement was signed by Tommaso Bortolomiol, CEO of Quintegia, and Roberto Scarabel, President of AsConAuto. involves the active participation of both organisations in the planning and preparation of future events. The common goal is to continue to offer a privileged meeting point for dealers, authorised and independent repairers, manufacturers, body shops and companies specialising in car maintenance and care.

The ability to understand changes and a thorough knowledge of the reference market are two of the essential factors for facing the challenges that arise in a context of continuous transformation.

‘This renewed collaboration with AsConAuto, which is taking place ahead of the natural expiry of the previous agreement, is a concrete sign of Quintegia’s understanding and satisfaction with this project. After-sales is a strategic asset for the sustainability of the automotive companies’ business, as it generates recurring revenues, builds customer loyalty and allows them to maintain a relationship with customers during the period of car use. The market is evolving rapidly, with new engines, transformations in distribution models and consumers increasingly attentive to the service experience, so it is more strategic than ever to support after-sales operators in this change with the ultimate goal of facilitating innovation in the business’, says Tommaso Bortolomiol, CEO of Quintegia.

“In October 2024, – said the president of AsConAuto, Roberto Scarabel – the fourth edition of Service Day, an event organised by Quintegia based on an idea by AsConAuto, confirmed the strategic value of this event: with over 3,000 attendees, high quality content, a larger business area and many opportunities for constructive discussion. It was a concrete opportunity to understand where the after-sales market is going, based on real data and scenarios. The interest and participation showed us that we are working in the right direction, also as an Association. We chose Service Day to also talk about the evolution of our network: today more than a thousand dealer members serve over 23 thousand auto repair shops throughout Italy every day, with over 24 thousand packages handled daily. These numbers speak of a solid, efficient system that is ready to face the challenges of the future».

“The renewal of the partnership with Quintegia for the next three years – Scarabel concludes with satisfaction – goes in this direction: we want to continue to offer tools and vision to industry professionals. We know that the real change is in the after-sales chain and that innovation, training and collaboration will be increasingly central to addressing the transitions taking place. Service Day is not just a simple trade fair, but an opportunity for in-depth analysis where relationships are built, experiences are shared and a corporate culture is created. It is the place where stimuli and ideas are transformed into concrete actions to improve the efficiency and profitability of our companies”.

The next edition of Service Day is scheduled for Oct. 16 and 17 at the Veronafiere Convention Center in Verona.
