Quintegia has set up the Scientific Advisory Board, a strategic body created to consolidate the company’s vision and activities. This new body actively contributes to the realization of the specific contents of Quintegia’s projects and events and consulting activities.
Thanks to the creation of the Scientific Advisory Board, Quintegia strengthens its role as a hub of knowledge and innovation, positioning itself as a privileged interlocutor for companies that want to successfully face the challenges of the market.

Steve Young
Managing Director, ICDP
Steve is Managing Director of ICDP – the international research and consulting organisation focused solely on European car distribution. He has spent most of his career in the automotive industry, in a mix of advisory and executive roles, working for Ford, Kearney, LDV and GAZ before joining ICDP in 2010. He has experience in most functional areas of the industry at manufacturer and retail level, in cars, commercial vehicles and suppliers, and in different parts of the world. He has recently added another role as Managing Director of Auto West London, a dealer group start-up backed by the largest Turkish dealer group Cetas Otomotiv, opening in Spring 2025 with the Omoda Jaecoo franchise.

Francesco Zirpoli is professor at the Department of Management, coordinator of the PhD in Management and scientific director of CAMI – Center for Automotive and Mobility Innovation at Ca’ Foscari University Venice
He holds a PhD in Management from the Judge Business School of the University of Cambridge (UK) and a PhD from the University Federico II of Naples (Italy).
Francesco’s research work has been cited by The Washington Post, Business Week, The Detroit News and other international newspapers and magazines, and by Italian newspapers such as Il Sole24Ore, Corriere della Sera, Inkiesta, Il Fatto Quotidiano, Il Gazzettino and Il Mattino.
