Quintegia, a company operating in the automotive distribution sector since 2004, specializing in sector studies and analysis, training, services, and events (including the Automotive Dealer Day), has launched TALQ – Talent Lab Quintegia. This initiative aims to provide support to automotive distribution companies in the area of human resource selection and related services, such as temporary staffing and forms of financing to enhance the skills of their personnel. To achieve these goals, Quintegia has signed an agreement with New HR Generation Srl, a company specializing in personnel selection, temporary staffing, and training. TALQ – Talent Lab Quintegia represents a strategic element of Quintegia’s development path in the coming years, consolidating the solutions offered to automotive operators and maintaining a strong level of specialization in the sector. With this agreement, NHRG aims to expand its areas of expertise in a rapidly changing and transforming sector like the automotive industry.
“TALQ – Talent Lab Quintegia represents one of the cornerstones of Quintegia’s strategy for the next three years for our organization,” says Tommaso Bortolomiol, CEO of Quintegia. “The changes in the sector related to new distribution structures, innovative technologies, as well as attention to environmental dynamics, corporate responsibility, and corporate governance issues require new and more qualified skills and resources in automotive distribution. Quintegia wants to support operators by leveraging its know-how,” concludes Bortolomiol.
“Our partnership with Quintegia represents a great growth opportunity for us in the automotive sector, leveraging the many years of experience of our teams and the wide range of solutions we can offer (thanks to ministerial authorizations) that meet the needs of companies going through a period of significant change,” says Gianni Scaperrotta, CEO of NHRG.
