Dialogue on ‘Auto Associations United in Transition’

Treviso, April 28, 2022. The Minister of Economic Development, Giancarlo Giorgetti, will be present at the upcoming edition of the Automotive Dealer Day on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at Veronafiere.
At 12:00, he will speak at the session “Auto Associations United in Transition”,engaging in a concrete dialogue with representatives from ANFIA (National Association of the Automotive Industry), Federauto (Italian Federation of Car Dealers), UNRAE (National Union of Foreign Vehicle Representatives), and moderated by Quintegia, the organizer and promoter of the event.
The meeting aims to highlight the challenges that the entire automotive ecosystem is facing and how the government will support them, as an essential player for an effective change focused on growth and renewed productivity.
In addition to the theme related to government-approved car incentives, the discussion will also cover the general interests of the entire country, connected to a sector that has 38.8 million vehicles on our roads.
In particular, the Minister will be briefed on issues related to the renewal of the circulating vehicle fleet and the transition to electric mobility. The future as outlined will require the necessary retraining of human resources within companies operating in the territory, through training programs and other tools dedicated to building new skills capable of integrating into process digitalization and the adoption of new distribution models.
There will also be a reference to how the funds allocated to the automotive sector under the PNRR will be invested by 2030.
