Kia is the brand most attentive to nurturing its relationship with the dealer network. This is what emerged from the awards ceremony of the 2021 edition of DealerSTAT, the recognition by Quintegia, which was presented on September 15th to the CEO of Kia Motors Italy, Giuseppe Bitti, during the Automotive Dealer Day Forum.
Now in its eighteenth edition, the DealerSTAT study aims to investigate dealer satisfaction with automakers through a survey that involved 30 brands and almost 60% of Italian dealers, with a total of 1,243 questionnaires collected. One of the areas monitored by the survey is dealer engagement, including a question to assess the quality of the relationship with the brands represented by Italian car dealers. It is in this specific aspect that Kia achieved the highest score with a rating of 4.54 (on a scale of 1 to 5), compared to the Italian average of 3.89. Following in the rankings are Mercedes, Suzuki, and Mazda, all with scores above 4.40.
